At Plainsight BV, we believe in transparency and efficiency in all our processes, including billing. Our standard procedures are designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all our clients. Payment Terms
All invoices issued by Plainsight BV must be paid within the payment period specified on the invoice. Payments should be made using the methods indicated on the invoice. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge additional fees and temporarily suspend further services until the outstanding balance is settled. As a company that values fairness and responsibility, we encourage proactive communication in case of any payment issues.
Billing Frequency
We operate on a monthly billing cycle, ensuring a predictable and structured financial workflow for all parties. Upon request, we can provide detailed timesheets, ensuring transparency and insight into the services delivered.
Payment Methods
All invoices must be paid via bank transfer. Alternative payment methods are not accepted.
Extended Payment Arrangements
We apply a standard payment policy of 30 days, but exceptions can be made if necessary. If a longer payment arrangement is required, it must be discussed and agreed upon separately with Plainsight BV before the due date of the invoice.
Currency and Taxes
All invoices are issued in EUR and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for any additional fees or taxes required by their local jurisdiction.
Disputes
We value open communication. If you have any concerns regarding an invoice, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it by sending a mail to finance@plainsight.pro.
Intellectual Property
At Plainsight BV, we are committed to open knowledge sharing.
All content on our website - including but not limited to texts, images, logos, designs, and software - is the property of Plainsight BV and is protected by intellectual property rights. Without our prior written permission, it is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any material.
Knowledge empowers people; Plainsight’s intellectual property is made available through frameworks, project approaches, architectures, solutions, applications and insights that our consultants provide on projects delivered to you. During the execution of a project, intellectual property is provided in a transparant matter and is delivered 'as-is'. Plainsight delivers its intellectual property as part of the project execution. Unless specifically agreed upon, no additional fees or maintenance need to be reimbursed for the use of the intellectual property.
